"All you need is a little courage"
Link is the property of Nintendo. You belongs to you.
"(Your name)? Do you know what this means....? You... Your princess Zelda, the one we've been searching for, for seven years!" You looked puzzled. You weren't a princess, you knew that! Princesses lived in castles and were rich! You, however, knew for a fact your small house was no castle. You are more powerful than you realize, young lady... 'Ugh! not that voice again!' you thought. "But... but how? I'm no princess..." You asked. "Oh... That..." He looked nervious, like he knew you wouldn't like what he was about to say. "Yeah...?" He let your hand go. "U m... Your body isn't possessing one soul... it's possessing two. One is Princess Zelda's... The other is your own. Princess Zelda's body faded away when she healed Midna's wounds from Zant... and her soul most likely attached onto yours while fleeing from the castle..."
His voice faded off. What did this mean...? You never felt any different from anyone else. "Well, that mark on your right hand... It's what is called a Triforce, given to three chosen ones, chosen by the goddesses Farore, Nayru, and Din. Mine-" He said, showing you his right hand, "Is the Triforce of courage. Mine is the lower right triangle... Gannondorf's is the Triforce of Power... and yours... it's the Triforce of wisdom." That explains your good grades, no matter how hard you tried, you didn't ever get below an A-. "Wait... so I'm not really me...? I'm some long lost princess?!" You asked, confused. "Not exactly. You just are sharing your body with Zelda." Was that the voice in the back of your head, giving you all the answers? "Well... can you tell her to get out? She keeps bugging me!" You said, sounding like a whiny two year old. You blushed nervously.
"Well... we'd need to do some things first." He said. "Wait... It's possible to get her out?" You asked, stunned. "Yeah... but we'd need to go to some temples first. We'd need to get the pearls from three of the temples, each representing one of the goddesses, and then we'd need to go back to Hyrule castle, Zelda's place of origin." He said, sounding like he'd done this before. "Well, what are waiting for?" You said, a bit annoyed. Calm yourself young lady, attitude doesn't win any hearts. Ugh, not her again... Well, she was right, in a sense. "Really? I don't think your cut out for this... Wouldn't your parents miss you?" He asked, a little worried. "Well..." You sighed. You didn't have your parents anymore, they where missing ever since a mountain climbing expedition a few years ago. You had been living in your house, since no bills ever really came. You liked to think that somehow, your parents were still alive and well, just a little lost. "They... they've been missing for a few years now..." You teared up. 'Dammit! Why did I bring this up?!' you thought, feeling like an idiot. To your surprise, he draped his arm over your shoulder. "Don't cry, maybe we'll find them on the way. Why don't you just stay here then...?" He said, a little worried. You immediately squirmed out from beneath his muscular arm. "No! I won't let you two go alone..." You blushed and blinked back your tears. "I don't want you guys doing anything for me without me!" Link laughed. "Now your even starting to sound like her!" He fished through his brown bag, and eventually pulling out some sort of horseshoe shaped item and played a beautiful melody on it. "That... was beautiful." You said, smiling. It had certainly cheered you up! He laughed a little. "Well, it gets better!" He said and Midna sighed. "C'mon lovebirds! The snuggling express is coming!" She said sarcastically as you both blushed and said simultaneously "Hey! We aren't lovebirds!!" You heard hoofs thrumming the ground. "Horses normally aren't around here... where's that sound coming from?" Link grinned. "What?!" You asked, smiling. Suddenly a big, muscular, and beautiful horse burst through the foliage and reared up, flailing it's hooves. You had always loved horses, they were so majestic.
"Is... Was that...?" You stammered. Link laughed. "Yes, I summoned her with her song! Epona, come say hello to our friend, (your name)!" The horse snorted and walked up to you. It had milky brown eyes and a chestnut coat with white and dark brown markings, and an off-white mane and tail. "She seems to like you,(your name)!" So, this horse was a girl! "She's pretty, can I ride her...?" You inquired. "Well, how else do you think we're getting you to the temples? Surely not walking! Go ahead and get on her back!" He said. You tried to climb up onto her back, but she was too tall and the stirrups were too high. You blushed again. "Um... little help...?" You asked, embarrassed. "Oh? Sure sure, sorry!" He rushed over to help you up and took one of your feet in his hands and easily helped you up. "Better?" He asked. You blushed. "Y-yes..."
End of part two!~ Hope you all liked it, even though it was mostly explaining some things that may not have been clear. Part three is a work in progress, but any feedback helps with motivation!
